Help and support

The App is being prepared for release on the App Store and Google Play. It cannot be downloaded yet; links will be posted on the home page when it is released. The App’s interface follows your device’s language setting.

Getting started

Pick a weapon from the collection at the bottom. Press Fire to shoot; hold it for automatic fire on weapons that support it. Hold the minigun a moment to spin up its barrels. Auto reload is on from the start: after the last shot of a magazine it reloads once automatically, and you press Fire again to keep shooting. In manual-action mode auto reload is off, so tap Reload when the magazine is empty.

Camera and spaces

Drag with one finger to orbit a full 360°, pinch to zoom and drag with two fingers to pan. The camera button offers view presets, field of view and a one-tap reset. The space chooser switches between the workbench, outdoor, indoor range and hangar, each with its own lighting and room sound.

Ads and 24-hour rentals

• The AK-47 is always available without ads.
• Choosing any other weapon shows a confirmation with the weapon name and the 24-hour term. Tapping the watch-ad button (labelled “광고 보고 24시간 대여” in the Korean interface) plays one rewarded ad (Google AdMob).
• When the ad finishes and the reward is confirmed, that weapon can be selected again without ads for 24 hours on this device.
• If you cancel or the ad fails to load, nothing is rented and you keep your current weapon. Loading an ad needs an internet connection.
• After 24 hours the selection returns to the AK-47; if you are firing, the current action finishes first.
• Rentals stay on this device and cannot be transferred. There are no purchases or subscriptions.

No sound

Check the device media volume and the app volume in Settings. If audio was interrupted by Bluetooth or a call, press Fire again to reconnect. The App never fires on its own after you return from the background or from an ad.

LED flash

Turn the LED on or off in Settings (top right). It starts off at every launch, and no camera capture permission is required. It is unavailable on devices without a rear torch or while another app is using it.

Report a problem

Email your device model, OS version, app version and what happened to hello@groundcode.io. Copying or sharing the diagnostics from the in-app help and including them helps us find the cause. Diagnostics contain no device identifier.
