Terms of use
Effective 2026-10-23
1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the iPhone and Android app Weapon Simulator 3D and the website weapon-simulator.com (the “Service”) provided by Groundcode (the “Operator”).
2. The Service
The App is an entertainment app for turning 24 weapon models in 3D and experiencing firing and reload actions, sound, and per-space lighting and room sound. It offers no sign-up, payments, subscriptions or cash-equivalent rewards. The website provides information about the Service and its policies and support.
3. Price, ads and weapon rentals
- The Service is free. The AK-47 is always available without ads or an internet connection.
- Any other weapon becomes available on that device for 24 hours after you choose to watch a rewarded ad and the reward is confirmed. If you cancel or the ad fails to load, nothing is rented.
- Rentals are per weapon and per device, cannot be transferred or restored, and are removed when the App is deleted. Rentals have no monetary value.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob; ad content and the ad service are subject to the provider’s policies.
- We will announce changes to ads or rentals in the App or on the website before they apply.
4. Nature of the simulation
Weapon models, sounds, flashes, recoil, heat and room sound are stylized game audio-visuals made for entertainment. They do not show or guarantee real handling, dimensions, performance or safety, and weapon names do not imply sponsorship by or affiliation with any manufacturer. The App shows no people, animals, human-silhouette targets, injuries or combat; its only targets are static paper range targets and abstract material plates that show impact marks. Do not use anything in the App as a basis for handling real firearms.
5. Your obligations
Do not damage the Service, interfere with others’ use, obtain ad rewards fraudulently, infringe others’ rights, or modify or distribute the Service without permission.
6. Intellectual property
Rights to the Service’s software, models, icons and screen designs belong to the Operator or the rightful owners. Open materials and open-source software used in the Service are governed by their own licenses, and these terms do not limit the rights those licenses grant.
7. Changes and suspension
The Operator may change or discontinue the Service. Changes that affect you will be announced in the App or on the website.
8. Liability
The Operator is liable to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the law. Use of the App Store and Google Play is subject to each store’s terms.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled under the privacy policy.
